Request your export
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Data Controls → Export Data and download the ZIP from OpenAI’s email.
Open your official ChatGPT data export, find the conversations that matter, and save a clean archive—without uploading your history anywhere.
Use the ZIP from OpenAI’s data export, or select conversations.json directly.
Your file is read locally by this browser tab. It is never uploaded to us.ArchiveFrame reads the official export structure and follows each conversation’s active branch, preserving the exchange you saw in ChatGPT.
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Data Controls → Export Data and download the ZIP from OpenAI’s email.
Drop the ZIP here. Search titles and message text, then keep only the conversations you actually need.
Download readable Markdown, standalone HTML, normalized JSON, or use the print view to save a PDF.
The ZIP is opened in browser memory. There is no file upload endpoint, user account, or cloud conversion queue.
Markdown and HTML remain readable without ArchiveFrame. Normalized JSON keeps structured messages for future tools.
Text is preserved. Some generated media, canvases, citations, shared links, and deleted branches may not be represented in the export.
No. The browser reads the ZIP locally. Conversion does not send the archive or its contents to MYMONDAY.AI. Advertising or analytics, if introduced later, must never receive filenames, search terms, message text, or export results.
Open ChatGPT Settings, choose Data Controls, then Export Data. OpenAI emails a download link when the archive is ready. ArchiveFrame is independent and is not affiliated with OpenAI.
The conversation mapping may contain edited or abandoned branches. ArchiveFrame follows the active node chain. When a referenced file can be matched inside the official ZIP, the Attachments button can recover it. Some generated assets are not included or cannot be matched, so always keep the original export.
The PDF / Print button opens a clean document and your browser’s print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF.” This preserves the fonts available on your device and works better for multilingual conversations.
The practical limit depends on your device’s memory and browser. Very large multi-year exports may take longer to parse. Start with a desktop browser and close other memory-heavy tabs.
